Bonnie Lee is an educator, artist, and illustrator. She has taught art in charter schools in downtown Los Angeles and currently teaches Risograph Printing Studio at ArtCenter College of Design and Ceramics for Older Adults at Mt. San Antonio College. In her personal practice, Bonnie explores ceramics, fiber arts, mail art, drawing, and printmaking. An avid swimmer, you may find her at the pool at 6 a.m.

Much of Bonnie's work centers on gift-giving through art. She enjoys creating artwork for a single person, exploring how handmade objects can carry kindness, connection, and care. In a world where so much comes with expectations and strings attached, her hope is that art can offer a space where giving and receiving are acts of freedom and generosity.
